S.M.A.R.T. Exercise Class (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together)

Bring your runners and a bottle of water and join this low impact fitness class. Classes will be alternating between walking and aerobics, (weather permitting). Class is open to all ages and all levels of fitness. Registration is at 9:45am.
