Mr. Onchulenko carries on a general litigation practice, which includes Civil, Insurance, Wills and Estates, Transportation Employment and Administrative Litigation. His experience includes representing clients before a variety of private and government agencies and boards and at all levels of court. Actively involved in his profession, he is associated with the Manitoba Law School and the Law Society of Manitoba as a practitioner/lecturer and the Manitoba Bar Association as an elected executive and past chair of the civil litigation subsection. He became a Life Counsel Member in 1995. Mr. Onchulenko has been a member of a Railway Safety Act Review Committee and currently sits as a member of the Municipal Grants Review Committee. Committed to enriching his community, Mr. Onchulenko has been a member of the United Way Board of Trustees and their Honorary Counsel. He has also served on various agency committees and is a past executive member of the Liberal Party.
