Has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise lies in the project management and public opinion research and she currently works as a consultant in these areas. Rosemary recently completed the Teaching English as an Additional Language program through the University of Manitoba and plans to add a new dimension to her career in this field.

Actively involved in the community, Rosemary is currently the Chair of the Winnipeg International Children’s Festival Board.
