Together with Arch Honigman, Mr. Rabb owns Dorchester Developments, one of Winnipeg's premier property management and real estate development companies. He has served on and been a major financial contributor on numerous committees and councils including the Children's Hospital Foundation, the Asper Jewish Community Campus, the Rady Centre and YMHA Sports Dinner board. Mr. Rabb's career is highlighted by several distinguished honors including an award for community service from the Professional Property Managers Association, the Max Nathanson Young Leadership Award, and a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002.
