Buskers Abound on Canada Day
Showcasing their magic, face painting, clowning and juggling, The Forks’ Buskers will be throughout the site all day to entertain the entire family.

Parks Canada
Enjoy free Canada Day birthday cake (while supplies last) and tons of activities including: a life-sized giant board game teaching about the history of The Forks, face painting (ages 12 and under), colouring station for colouring sheets and crosswords. Also, enter for a chance to win a National Discovery Pass (valid for one year at National Parks and National Historic Sites across Canada).
Manitoba Children's Museum
Looking for some family fun this Canada Day? To celebrate Canada's birthday, all museum admissions will be 50% OFF on Thursday, July 1and we’re staying open from 9:30am – 6:00pm. Join us for some holiday activities and crafts, including a handprint Canadian flag craft from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
Scotiabank Stage

The Stage fires up with local up and coming bands. DJ Mama Cutsworth and Ace Burpee host this evening filled with home-grown talent, featuring: Sub City Dwellers, Paper Moon, JD Edwards, and Retro Rhythm Review. The Waking Eyes and Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra cap off the evening with exhilarating performances and join forces to accompany the captivating fireworks display.
