This article traces the history of Ojibwa and European relations at The Forks. It begins with the Ojibwa moving into the Red River area and their relations with the Cree, Assiniboine and the Sioux. This piece mentions people such as Chief Peguis, John Tanner, and the events of the Pemmican Wars and the Selkirk Treaty. There are drawings and photographs included.
