Romalda's Dark Chocolate Cake

This yummy treat is a favourite at Human Bean Coffee and Tea.

Ingredients

1 pkg. dark chocolate devils food cake mix, pudding included

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding 113g

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup cooking oil

½ cup warm water

4 eggs

1 ½ cups miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips. Beat 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured 12-cup Bundt Pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes; turn out on wire rack to complete cooling.

On a dinner plate place a nice sized piece of cake, then top with a dollop of freshly whipped whipping cream, top with fresh raspberries or strawberries, drizzle freshly melted chocolate and serve with Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee from Human Bean Coffee and Tea.
