Monthly Parking
Payment Methods
For your convenience you may have your monthly parking automatically debited from your account by providing us with a voided cheque. The amount can also be automatically debited from a credit card.
Alternatively, you may pay in person with a cheque or by Interac in our parking office on or before the 1st of the month. Payment is due no later than the 1st of the month.
We produce statements monthly which you can receive via email or regular mail. Please let us know if you prefer not to receive a statement.
Monthly Parking Cancellation Policy
To terminate monthly parking, simply mail, fax or email us a notice of cancellation. We require one calendar month's notice to cancel parking.
Waiting Lists
Normally, we are able to accommodate all new monthly parkers. However, occasionally the lots do fill. If the lot of your choice is full, we will find you an interim stall in a nearby location and/or place you on the waiting list for the first cancellation in your chosen location.
Decal/Access Card Deposits
All monthly parkers must display a valid decal in their windshield while parked on the lot. If you use more than one car, you must remember to transfer the decal to the vehicle you are driving to avoid getting a violation notice while parked on the lot. A $20 refundable deposit is required when the decal is issued. If the decal is damaged or broken, it will be exchanged free of charge. If however, the decal is lost, a new one will be issued in exchange for a full deposit.
A $25 refundable deposit is also required for access cards. As above, cards will be replaced free of charge if damaged or broken. However, a full deposit will be charged for all lost or stolen cards.

FAQ's
1. What do I do if the meter is not working?
Occasionally a meter will malfunction. If this happens, please call our office to report the problem and give us your license plate number and make of vehicle so you will not receive a violation while the meter is being fixed. In most instances the meter will be back in service within 20 minutes of your call.
2. I received a parking violation which I do not think I deserve. What should I do?
Call us and let us know what happened. We will need the violation number, your license plate number and the reason you are disputing the violation. We will be happy to review our policies with you and make any corrections if you have been unfairly ticketed.
3. Do you tow if I don't pay my violations?
A computer generated tow list is produced daily of those vehicles with multiple outstanding violations. If a vehicle is found on the lot without a valid parking receipt and is on the tow list, the vehicle may be impounded.
