I AM Fitness for Seniors
I AM Fitness stands for improve and maintain! Bring your runners and a bottle of water and join this low impact FREE fitness class. Classes will be alternating between walking and aerobics. Classes are catered to ages 55+ and will take place under the Canopy, weather permitting. Maximum of 25 participants per class. Availability is first-come-first-served.

The Community Gym at Upper Fort Garry
Kick it old school (like, really old school) @thecommunitygym is hosting six workouts at Upper Fort Garry.
What you get:
- 30-minute cycle (spin)
- 30-minute camp (bootcamp)
- 20-minute calm (yoga) – three classes all in one!
Total class time: 1 hour and 20 minutes
