Fit 4 Two
Fit 4 Two Stroller Fitness is a baby-friendly, full body workout. Each class includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. You do not need a jogging stroller. Bring a yoga mat.
Every Tuesday under the Canopy from the middle of May through to the end of August.

I AM Fitness for Seniors
I AM Fitness stands for improve and maintain! Bring your runners and a bottle of water and join this low impact FREE fitness class. Classes will be alternating between walking and aerobics. Classes are catered to ages 55+ and will take place under the Canopy, weather permitting. Maximum of 25 participants per class. Availability is first-come-first-served.

Transforming the Ways We Lead
Bridging Indigenous and Human Rights
Loretta Ross (Bimaashi Migizi), Treaty Relations Commissioner of Manitoba, and Derek Nepinak, CEO Kanata Financial and former Grand Chief of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, will share their perspectives on how leaders must initiate change in light of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s calls to action, while also acknowledging Indigenous rights, and Canada’s commitment to implementing the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
