Canada Day Run

Kick off celebrations with the Canada Day Run!

Choose your distance: 5 km, 5 miles or 1 km kids-run. All participants receive a commemorative Canada Day medal. Festivities include chip timed events, costume contest, multiple prizes, Canadian music trivia contest, post-race snacks and grand prize draw "Bucky the Beaver".

Canada Day at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights

So lit - The CMHR will once again be lit up red and white to celebrate Canada Day, starting the evening of June 28 through to the evening of July 1. 

$5 admission - The CMHR is pleased to offer $5 admission all day on Canada Day, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This flat rate admission includes Mandela: Struggle for Freedom.

Shop - The Boutique will have a table featuring ethically-sourced and fair-trade items from across Canada set up. Stop by and shop with pride!

Prairie Voices - The CMHR is also pleased to welcome choral group Prairie Voices for an acapella performance from the Museum amphitheatre at 11 a.m.
