Northwest Territories Art Week
As part of NWT Art Week, five visiting artists from Northwest Terretories will be set up in the Makers Faire, and will also be hosting workshops in The Allery.

Learn to Winter
Discover the joy of winter with our exciting Learn to Winter programming, starting Saturday, January 6, 2024, and running every weekend until the end of February, 2024.
Join us in celebrating our proud winter city, with these free activities:
- Skate, Ski, Snowshoe Lessons with Winnipeg Trails Asssociation| Saturdays and Sundays, 12 PM – 4 PM
- Skiing – 12 PM and 2 PM
- Skating – 1 PM and 3 PM
- Snowshoeing – 2 PM
These lessons are offered on a drop-in basis. Guests are invited to bring their own equipment. Skate rentals are available at Icelands Skate Rentals, in The Forks Market. Ski and snowshoe rentals can be arranged with the Winnipeg Trails Association.

- Warming Hut Tours | Free walking tours of Warming Huts are taking place on Saturdays, beginning at 1PM. Guests are aksed to register here for their free ticket as space is limited to ensure the best experience!

Latin Sundays at The Forks
In collaboration with Dance World Co. and Friends of the Cuban Arts, Habanero Sombrero is bringing Latin Nights to The Forks on Sundays in February, in Room 201 from 4pm-8pm!
With music, dance, food, and drink, this event offers a vibrant celebration of Latin culture. Latin Sundays at The Forks are open to all levels of dancers, from professionals to beginners. Everyone is welcome to watch and participate.
Entry is $5 at the door (Room 201, second floor of The Forks Market).
