Join us on the Second Floor Atrium for Community and Crafting! This session is a great chance to connect with fellow makers. Just bring your project (needlepoint, clay, weaving, felting, whatever you heart desires!), grab a beer flight ($10 at The Common), and enjoy a relaxed night of creating together.

Eaton's Fairytale Vignettes
The Children’s Museum is pleased to be the home of the last original Eaton’s Fairytale Vignettes Display from the ninth-floor annex of the Eaton’s downtown store – fully restored and open to the public for a limited time only.
From mid-November until mid-January, visitors of all ages will be delighted by the fifteen fun, fairytale vignettes that make up this classic favourite, including Cinderella, Humpty Dumpty, Three Blind Mice, and more. Free with general museum admission. Guided Exhibition Tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays from November 15, 2025, to January 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m

Children's Special Day
The Children’s Museum exists to spark kids’ creative learning. We believe in the potential of all children and provide an interactive learning environment that nurtures the power of imagination and spirit of self-discovery. In celebration of World Children’s Day, kids get half-price general admission all day long on Thursday, November 20, 2025. We’ll also have a special craft from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM – so get ready to create your own Paper Plate & Clothespin Dino!

Grand Opening Sale: The Raw Carrot HCM
The Raw Carrot HCM Grand Opening Sale: The Raw Carrot HCM is hosting a Grand Opening sale to introduce its small-batch, handcrafted gourmet foods to Winnipeg. Operated by Hope Centre Ministries, The Raw Carrot offers dignified, paid employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and those facing barriers to traditional work.
Initially founded in Ontario in 2014, Winnipeg’s franchise is the first outside Ontario, bringing the brand’s proven model of Employment with Purpose to the community. Products include signature soups and specialty pancake and waffle mixes, with 100% of proceeds supporting employee wages. This event offers an opportunity to explore our products, meet the team, and support meaningful local employment while enjoying high-quality, locally made food.

Mini Mondays
Mondays at the Children’s Museum are very special days. From September to April, join us on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a fun-filled day of stimulating play designed for our youngest visitors: children under 4 years old.
We provide tailored crafts to help develop fine motor skills, activities that aid in dramatic play, and/or a special story time at 11:00AM and 1:00PM.
