Grass Roots Prairie Kitchen

Grass Roots Prairie Kitchen is a hive of activity. You can watch creative cooks make fresh food everyday.  They cook, do old-fashioned canning, create jams, and prepare take home meals. Also, on-site is their exciting new oil press. Here they take locally-grown organic sunflower seeds and using a fresh, cold pressing method create a most wonderful taste sensation. Organic sunflower seed oil is used in all cooking and baking. It is also great to use at home with salad, as a bread dip, or even for your everyday cooking.
