From French fries to tractor fuel, we’ve found a way to use the oil from our deep fryers to power our equipment at The Forks.

In 2008, we bought a waste oil processor. This machine works to convert the waste oil from our restaurants’ deep fryers into usable fuel. So far, our site truck, three of our gators, our refrigerated reefer and our Zamboni are being fueled entirely by this recycled biodiesel.

Needless to say, you can smell us coming.
