I AM Fitness for Seniors
I AM Fitness stands for improve and maintain! Bring your runners and a bottle of water and join this low impact FREE fitness class. Classes will be alternating between walking and aerobics. Classes are catered to ages 55+ and will take place under the Canopy, weather permitting. Maximum of 25 participants per class. Availability is first-come-first-served.
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9:30am & 10:30am

Yoga in The Forks Market
Yoga classes are taught by Amanda Coe and are suitable for all levels.
Here are the class descriptions:
- March 07 - Grounding/calming/rooting/security
- March 14 - Hips/fluidity/grace/expression
- March 21 - Core/power/centering/fire
- March 28 - heart/expansion/breath
$12 per class or $40 for all four classes
You can preregister for each class or drop in. Please bring your own yoga mat as there will be a limited amount available to use each class.

Bike + Beer
Spin class just got more awesome. Treat yourself after with a beer, post-class, from The Common downstairs at The Forks. Connect with the beat and the people around you. The lights will be low, and the music will be loud. Our coaches will motivate you in a group environment that will make you work like you never thought possible. Sweat it out for a full body, 45-minute indoor spin class, then relax, beer in hand, knowing you earned it (you hardworking, Winnipegger, you).
