Where Our Stories Meet
This all-encompassing guided tour recounts the histories of the First Nations who traded here for thousands of years, the outsiders who charted this territory for Europe, and the story of the Red River Métis, who shaped the land that would become Manitoba during the fur trade era.
Tours begin at The Forks National Historic Site. Look for the green Parks Canada tent near the Fort Parka playground.

May – June: Tours offered by reservation only, call 204-785-6050 or email manitoba@pc.gc.ca to book.
July – September: Daily at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm. Tours are given on a walk-up basis, and reservations are welcome but are not required.
