This is a report on the findings and recommendations of the second phase of the work done by consultants working with The Forks Renewal Corporation to develop a heritage interpretation plan for The Forks. The discussion is organized as follows: a revision of the first phase report in terms of heritage resources/historical resource assessment, interpretation strategy, and thematic framework; interpretation and planning criteria, and design criteria; community consultation; assessment of heritage proposals; interpretation plan; operational strategy; and capital and operating costs.
