Parks Canada Playground
Discover The Forks National Historic Site’s playground, Fort Parka! Located just around the corner from the Children's Museum, Parks Canada welcomes you to come swing and slide your way around the playground, then cool off in the summer heat at the splash pad.
The Fort Parka splash pad is open daily from 11 am to 5 pm.

Join Parks Canada for a Parka Party!
Join interpreters at The Forks this summer to play, learn and explore with Parks Canada's mascot, Parka the beaver! Enjoy free and fun-filled family activities. Sift through the sand and discover buried artifacts, practice some aerobics, or try your hand at a different craft every day of the week with the Beaver Club!
