Fergie's Fish 'n Chips
Many people who visit The Forks, whether they’re local or tourists, flock to Fergie's Fish 'n Chips and often crown it as the best fish and chips they’ve ever had. Their fish is prepared fresh daily and coated with a seasoned flour and non-alcoholic beer batter and the chips are Manitoba-grown russet Burbank potato, freshly cut on site.
