International Compost Week Celebration: Free compost giveaway, screening of "WROUGHT", panel discussion and info booth

Join us on May 7th for an evening dedicated to compost!
 
We're hosting a panel discussion at 7pm with:
Joel Penner (co-producer of WROUGHT),
Anna Sigrithur (co-producer of WROUGHT),
Karrie Blackburn (Compost Winnipeg),
Jacob Harvey (masters student, U of M)

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Joe Ackerman, (Manager of the Sustainability in Action Facility, U of M). 
 
A screening of the film WROUGHT takes place at 8pm.
 
After the screening, there will be an info booth set up by Compost Winnipeg, a Compost Giveaway and you’ll have the opportunity to see The Forks’ own compost through Joel’s microscope!
 
 
Find the event in the second floor event space, room 201, next to dconstruct.
