NYD 2026: Wellness and Fitness Classes
Start your 2026 at the Forks with an invigorating dose of wellness! Join Adrienne Shum and a team of instructors for a full day’s lineup of yoga, fitness, and movement classes. All levels of experience welcome!
Each session is 45 minutes long and done barefoot/in socks, unless otherwise indicated. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga/exercise mat and a water bottle.
