Moose Hide Campaign: Winnipeg Walk to End Violence
Join and walk in support of the Moose Hide Campaign and Walk to End Violence against women and children right here in the Red River Valley, where Kanata’s heart beats.
This gathering brings our community together in ceremony, reflection, and hope. Last year, more than half a million people across Canada stood in solidarity on Moose Hide Campaign Day. This year, we continue that momentum, side by side.
Meet at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and walk together, rain or shine, toward a final gathering location at True North Square. After the walk, everyone is warmly invited to stay at True North Square for messages from community stewards and advocates, and cultural performances.
