Birch Box | Max Meditation

Join Janet Lewis for an hour of meditation on Sunday morning at the Forks.

This system developed by Founder Gudni Gudnason who’s knowledge comes from the lineage of King Salomon is designed to guide an individual easily through the five components of meditation;

  • GUIDED VISUALIZATION
  • SOOTHING DOWN

For years now meditation has been effective on both the mind and body, studies on meditation have proved it to lower stress, lower blood pressure, increase overall joy and happiness, increase the functional immune system, and help restore balance in everyday life.
