Many Nations, One Heartbeat ᐊᐧᐦᑯᐦᑐᐃᐧᐣ Wáhkóhtowin: Where the Cart Trails Echoed and the Fiddle Sang (Red River Treaty)

Join Dene Guillas of Braiding Colours Consulting for a hands-on workshop- A Circle Where We Let Go and Grow:

A creative, hands-on workshop focused on reflection, release and renewal. Participants will write down what they are ready to let go of and transform it through a paper-making process. The paper will be shaped, dried and later planted with seeds as a symbol of growth and new beginnings.
 
This space includes gentle grounding practices and discussion around stress, self-compassion and supporting ourselves through change. No sharing is required. Participants are welcome to engage in whatever way feels comfortable.
