Fit 4 Two Stroller Fitness: Free Mother's Day Class

Fit 4 Two Stoller Fitness is a baby-friendly, full-body workout. Each class includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. You do not need a jogging stroller but will need to bring a yoga mat.
