Learn to Bike to The Forks - Canada Day Rides!
Beat the Canada Day traffic… on a bike!
Want to have even more fun on Canada Day at The Forks? Get some fresh air, exercise and spend some quality time with your family! Ride your bikes to The Forks this Canada Day and pull up to VIP bike valet parking! It’s free!
We’ll have two guided rides leaving from Assiniboine Park and St Vital Park. These are one-way rides.
All rides are bike path-oriented to ensure a leisurely, enjoyable, safe and beautiful ride. Each trip begins with an explanation of cycling hand signals, how to shoulder check (and why it’s important!) and outlines the basic rules of the road. Everybody rides together safely at a relaxed pace, enjoying the sights while winding our way through the scenic neighbourhoods of Winnipeg that lead us to The Forks.
