Modo Yoga Winnipeg's annual outdoor yoga class is taking place at The Stage in Upper Fort Garry. It's our biggest karma class of the year and all proceeds go towards our Modo Yoga Winnipeg Schools Project. The project allows our teachers to go into different elementary and high schools and teach students yoga throughout the year!

Yoga class schedule:

BARRE 9:15 - 10:00 AM

MODO FLOW 10:30 - 11:30 AM

MODO 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Located at the junction of the Red and Assiniboine rivers, The Forks (also known as Nestawaya in Cree) has been a meeting place for over 6,000 years – located on the original lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Lakota peoples and resides in the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. This place also has deep ties with Dene and Inuit peoples, operates with water from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, and has welcomed people from all walks of life to trade, visit, and build community.
