Sight Unseen Art Show and Workshop

Each year Pembina Trails showcases student artwork in an exhibition entitled Sight/Unseen. This year they've brought their students work to the Forks and will hold an official opening on Thursday, May 2 at 7 PM.

Come participate in fun student-run art workshops daily between 1 PM and 4 PM.

Here is a list of the daily art activities:

Monday, April 29- Try out an Art Scavenger Hunt or draw a picture of why art is important to you.

Tuesday, April 30- Turn a tile into a styling fridge magnet.

Wednesday, May 1- Create a collaged artist trading card and trade with a friend or stranger.

Thursday, May 2- Make your own colorful felt pin.

Friday, May 4- Create a fanciful creature with collage and drawing.

Saturday, May 5- Using old maps and magazines construct a unique envelope for secret letters.

Sunday, May 6- Find the hexagon and create a hive. We will hide hexagon shapes around the forks, color yours and connect it to others to make a secret hive installation!

I AM Fitness for Seniors

I AM Fitness stands for improve and maintain! Bring your runners and a bottle of water and join this low impact FREE fitness class. Classes will be alternating between walking and aerobics. Classes are catered to ages 55+ and will take place under the Canopy, weather permitting. Maximum of 25 participants per class. Availability is first-come-first-served.

Fit 4 Two Indoor Stroller Fitness

Fit 4 Two Indoor Stroller Fitness is a baby-friendly, full body workout. Each class includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility.  All fitness levels are welcome. You do not need a jogging stroller. Bring a yoga mat and an exercise band.
