Actif Epica
Actif Epica is a self supported ultra endurance event in extreme trail and weather conditions. It promotes health benefits associated with outdoor activity in winter and celebrates southeastern Manitoba communities and the surrounding prairie along the historic Crow Wing Trail. Icy temperatures, windswept trails, big skies and huge landscapes await participants as we Celebrate Human Resilience.
The event begins and ends at The Forks, and extending as far south as St Pierre MB before returning, travelling primarily on the historic Crow Wing trail.

Come trek around The Forks on a pair of Heritage Snowshoes! This season, you can step into a pair of heritage snowshoes and experience winter the way people have for centuries. Big Bike Chill: Bike Winnipeg Warming Hut/Art Tour
Jump on a fat tire bike (or bring your own) and enjoy a tour of the Fork's Warming Huts with Sputnik Architecture and Bike Winnipeg. Sputnik is the instiagtor behind The Forks' annual Art and Architecture competition on Ice. Participants will get to know the unique history of the pieces by cycling through fun annecdotes. A great event for all riding skill levels.Register Here!
Fat Bikes will be provided free of charge for the first 4 registrants who request them.
