Spacious Hearts Studio presents yoga with Kelly Cowan + Loveeza Arshad. Feel your flow with live music from Rob Knaggs.
Our intention is to create space for you to find your flow state. Where your body, breath, and mind are one.
Having a yin yang element to the class simply means we will begin by flowing at a pace where you can warm your body from the inside out. With the body warm we will then slow the movement down, giving you space to feel and deepen into postures. The combination of the movement, our guidance, and the cello mastery of Rob Knaggs is nothing short of magic!
**This practice is accessible for all, no need to be an expert, we will gently guide you.
