RAW:almond 2023 is back. Join us on the ice for our 10-year anniversary.
RAW:almond is a 22-day fine dining festival hosted on the frozen rivers of Winnipeg, Manitoba in a one-of-a-kind temporary structure. World class chefs gather to create a pop-up restaurant experience like no other. RAW:almond is co-founded by Deer + Almond Chef, Mandel Hitzer and the founding director of RAW:Gallery of Architecture and Design, Joe Kalturnyk.
RAW:almond 2023 returns after a 3-year hiatus with world-renowned chefs and a new structure design inspired by the past 10 years.

Pre-Festival du Voyageur Pop-Up Concerts
This weekend, February 3 to 5, the Festival du Voyageur’s mobile concert trailer – Boîte à chansons – will be visiting the Forks. Come and enjoy a series of free pre-Festival concerts with Terra Lightfoot, The Harpoonist & The Axe Murderer, K Chedda, Tiauni Starr and Free Spirit (fire dancers) and more. Don't miss out!

Raw Almond is offering an à la carte brunch service accessible to all. Skate up, walk up, bring a friend or enjoy alone - all are welcome and no tickets are required.

Arctic Glacier Winter Park Programming
Enjoy free programming in Arctic Glacier Winter Park every Sunday in January and February from 1PM-4PM (weather permitting).
Take a ride on a horse-drawn sleigh in The Forks Market parking lot. Dance and skate on the Canopy Rink with live beats from Soul on Ice featuring DJ Co-op and DJ Hunnicutt. And visit the teepee for storytelling with Elder Barbara Nepinak.
