MMIWG2S+ Walk for Justice

This year marks the 3rd annual walk for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2S+. This walk is a part of a movement to raise awareness of the ongoing crisis of violence against Indigenous women, girls, and gender-diverse people.

We encourage all of our relatives joining us on this walk to wear red, to honour and to bring awareness to the lives of Indigenous women, girls and 2S+ that have been subject to systemic and disproportionate violence. May our sisters, may our relatives know that they are not alone.

We want to ensure that this walk is lead with Love and Respect, and that this event is inclusive and family friendly.
