Community & Crafting

Calling all makers, creators, and craft-curious folks! Join a vibrant community of crafters every Wednesday evening in June for Community & Crafting— a cozy, casual night of crafts + craft beer on the patio at The Forks.

Bring your current craft project — whether it’s needlepoint, loom weaving, felting, air-dry clay, cross-stitch, jewellery making, or something else fun and portable (and preferably not messy or needing dry time). You’ll be in great company, surrounded by others working on their creative projects.

Colouring supplies will be on hand for spontaneous creativity or when you need a break from your masterpiece.

Community & Crafting participants can sip on $10 flights of craft beer from The Common (psst… get your discounted flight from the Crafting team, not at The Common bar itself).

There’s no cost to participate, but donations to the Spring Loading Campaign (in support of The Forks Foundation) are warmly welcomed.

We’ll be crafting it up on the former Muddy Waters patio (just follow the signs!). In case of rain, we’ll move indoors to the second floor lounge balcony. Join us Wednesdays June 4, 11 and 18.

Register ahead of time (walk-ups also welcome).
