UnCommon Pours is a four-part series celebrating exclusive beer and wine selections at The Common in The Forks Market. With two wine-focused and two beer-focused events spread throughout the year, each evening highlights expertly curated pours paired with insightful tasting experiences.
Guided by The Common’s Resident Wine Consultant or In-house Craft Beer Curator & Cicerone, each event explores a unique theme:
🍺 May 8 – Pick Your Pairing
A guided tasting experience where curated beers and cheeses come together in a choose-your-own pairing adventure.
🍷 June 12 – Sunset Wines
Celebrate the season with a curated tasting of summer-ready wines perfect for warm evenings and patio nights.
🍺 October 9 – Harvest Brews
Raise a glass to fall with a lineup of seasonal beers that capture the flavours of the harvest season.
🍷 November 6 – Wine & Winter
Settle in for a cozy winter tasting, featuring bold reds and comforting wines made for the colder months.
