The Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba is proud to host a three-part author series featuring some of the most knowledgablle voices on the subject. Join them for a unique opportunity to learn from some of the most respected authors and Elders on the topic of Treaties.
Featured Authors:
- April 15: Aimee Craft: "Breathing Life into the Stone Fort Treaty: An Anishinaabe Understanding of Treaty One" and "Treaty Words – For as long as the River Flows"
- April 22: Elders Harry Bone and Dennis White Bird: Treaty Elders Teachings Series, containing four volumes of oral history from Anishinaabek, Anish-Ininiwak, Dakota, Dene, Ininiwak, and Nehethowuk Elders.
