Join Sport Manitoba Fitness instructors, Jaybez and Miguel, for dynamic fitness classes on Wednesdays in August! These sessions will blend interval and strength training for a comprehensive full-body workout, challenging guests to improve each week.

Classes are free and will be running, rain or shine. 

You can sign up in advance using the link below, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, and optional free weights for some exercises. All fitness levels are welcome!

Full Moon Ceremony

The Full Moon Ceremony is a collaboration between Sunshine House, Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc MMIWG Liaison Unit (MKO), The Link, Manitoba Moon Voices (MMVI), Women’s Health Clinic (WHC), Inaadiziwin, Native Clan Organization, Inc. (NCO), Manitoba League of Persons with Disabilities and Medicine Bear, Ka Ni Kanichihk. This Ceremony is open to the community at large; all genders and cultures are invited to join together for teachings about feminine energy’s relationship with Grandmother Moon. Anyone who identifies with feminine energy is invited to participate in the Ceremony. Those who identify with masculine energy are invited to attend, but will observe. If you can, we ask relatives to bring your own chair, rattles and/or drums, as well as a water container to fill and take home after the Ceremony (if you wish).

Join Sport Manitoba Fitness instructors, Jaybez and Miguel, for dynamic fitness classes on Wednesdays in August! These sessions will blend interval and strength training for a comprehensive full-body workout, challenging guests to improve each week.

Classes are free and will be running, rain or shine. 

You can sign up in advance using the link below, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, and optional free weights for some exercises. All fitness levels are welcome!

Their expert instructors will guide you through the basic rules of table tennis and share some essential techniques of the sport, helping you master your serve and improve your accuracy from 3 meters away.

Join Winnipeg Trails for free drop-in bike riding lessons for adults. These lessons are offered every Thursday during the summer, from 6PM - 8PM and every Sunday from 1PM - 3PM.
