The Common Winter Beer + Wine Lists (because it's still winter)

Posted on Feb 26, 2019 by The Forks Market

You may have already sipped several selections from The Common's Winter beer and wine lists, which dropped back in January. If not, now's your chance! They're on tap for a few more weeks, until the spring list debuts in late April.

Our sommelier, Veronique Rivest, has been hard at work curating a new lineup of beers and wines for you to taste-test this winter season. Think hearty stouts and rich reds perfect for a chilly post-skate sip, alongside brighter brews and crisp whites with hints of citrus and honey.

And for those who prefer their drinks without alcohol, we haven’t forgotten you! TÖST, a dry and slightly sweet sparkling non-alcoholic beverage, is available, and we're working to bring in a non-alcoholic craft beer option too!

And, as always, we have reserved five of our taps for locally brewed beers. These taps get rotated monthly (whereas the others only get rotated quarterly), which means 60 different Winnipeg-made beers flow through The Common annually. Fun fact: the local selections are also curated by Rivest!
