The Forks Trading Company is expanding with a newly designed space for makers, creators, and artisans, slated to open mid-August, on the second floor of The Forks Market.

This new space will have five maker booths, which will host a new group of small creative business owners each week. The space will also feature a collaborative community hub where these entrepreneurs can offer workshops, special events, and activities. This will be place of opportunity, where artists and artisans can create, share, and sell their work, while growing their networks and engaging with The Forks’ dynamic community.

As supporting the development and growth of small businesses is integral to the strength of our economy, we are grateful to the Honourable Dan Vandal, Minister responsible for PrairiesCan and Member of Parliament for Saint Boniface-Saint Vital, who has announced an investment of over $300,000 to The Forks Renewal Corporation – a generous contribution that will support the opening of this creative space.
Construction is well underway with this exciting expansion of Forks Trading Company, and we can’t wait for this creative corner of The Market to come to life!
