Learn to Winter, Together!

Posted on Dec 18, 2025 by The Forks Market

We’re doing winter the only way Winnipeggers know how, outside!

Learn to Winter programming is back at The Forks and is inviting everyone to bundle up, get moving, and make the most of the season. From wellness classes to storytelling, this free, family-friendly programming is all about embracing winter together.

Learn to Winter runs every weekend throughout January and February, with activities for all ages and interests.

A huge thank you to Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries for sponsoring this year's Learn to Winter! Your support is making it that much easier for visitors to get outside and enjoy all of what winter has to offer.
