Pride is popping up at The Forks – and everyone’s invited!

This June, The Forks is bursting with colour, joy, and celebration as tenants at The Forks show their Pride in unique ways.

And don't miss the annual Pride events lighting up the heart of Winnipeg – the Winnipeg Pride Run, Saturday Night Pride, and the Pride Winnipeg Festival are all happening right here at The Forks. Come for the vibes, stay for the love!

Here’s a look at what you can expect:

Coal & Canary - The I Can See Queerly Now candle returns for Pride 2025, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Rainbow Resource Centre. This candle smells like rainbow cereal and milk.

Dconstruct Jewelry - The local jewelry company is a queer-friendly space with a large Pride collection of stickers, pins, jewelry and more from many queer artists. They’re donating a portion of proceeds from all Pride collection sales to the Winnipeg Sunshine House.

Fools + Horses - The Pride latte, a colourful, lavender flavoured latte, returns to Fools + Horses from May 29 to June 1. Proceeds from the drink will be donated to the Rainbow Resource Centre. They’ll also have a Negroni Sbagliato with Prosecco on May 31 and June 1!

Manitobah - In addition to their mukluks, moccasins and lifestyle footwear, the vibrant global brand features jewellery creations from local Indigenous artists, including queer artist Jessie Pruden of Bead n’ Butter.

McNally Robinson - Visit the independent bookstore for books by queer authors and books celebrating all people and all love, plus purchase the Shakespeare in the Ruins shirts, "To Thine Own Self Be True" with the Pride flag and the Trans flag.

Tall Grass Prairie Bread Co. - The cozy little bakery, featuring organic grains and local goodness, is bringing back their rainbow cookies for Pride.

Queer Beer Pop-Up Bar

The Common is setting up a satellite beer tent on the lower patio June 1, starting at 11:30 a.m.. They’re serving up great local and Canadian beers, including Good Neighbour Gaytorade Sour and Little Brown Jug Queer Beer, as well as Good Robot Thembot Sour, which was brewed for Pride in Halifax.

Run with Pride, Winnipeg! Join them for the 2025 Winnipeg Frontrunners Pride Run on May 31 at The Forks! Choose from a fun 3K or 6K walk/run and celebrate love, inclusion, and community. Visit their website for registration information.

Saturday, May 31 at 9PM
Canadian Museum for Human Rights

Saturday Night Pride ain't just any party. It's a space for Queer and Trans joy where we celebrate love, diversity, and all things fabulous on the biggest weekend of Winnipeg’s 2SLGBTQ+ calendar. Show your pride and join us for one heck of a party that'll have you feeling like a superstar.

Headlining the event is the icon, legand and superstar Jaylene Tyme from Canada's Drag Race Season 5. Jaylene is a Two-Spirt, sober Indigenous trans woman and seasoned drag artist, she not only entertains but also uplifts her community though healing and empowerment.

Joining her is CAKE, Rainbow Resource Centre's Drag-Artist-in-Residence. And let's not forget our local stars, Kymera and Jamie Allwood who are ready to slay the stage.

Pumping up the jam is DJ Princess Die spinning tunes that will have you dancing all night long!

Pride Winnipeg Festival at The Forks
